We at The Craftwomen know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the most satisfactory condition and on time. So, we use an extensive network of couriers to deliver your products as early as possible.

Typically, we take 12 - 18 business days to ship from the day we receive your final measurement and payment. International shipping takes around 5-6 business days, but shipping time depends on many factors, and we cannot guarantee the same. -Items are directly shipped and hence might take longer for delivery. However, you will receive the item within the specified duration. Shipping may get delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, and we are not responsible for any delay.

How we ship Orders:

India Orders:
Delivery within 2 weeks working days (excluding weekends & public holidays ) of dispatch, depending upon the location.

USA Orders:
Typically, we take 12 - 18 business working days to ship from the day we receive your final measurement and payment

  1. Orders are packed and shipped Monday - Saturday only. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are processed on the next business day.
  2. If we cannot process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, we may delay your order processing for an additional two business days. Orders with the out-of-stock item(s) may take another 5 business days to process and ship.
  3. In rare cases, delays might occur due to customs clearance, flight delays, or other uncontrollable circumstances. However, we always try our best to ensure delivery within the committed number of days to delivery, as informed in our post-order communication to the customer.
  4. We will refund the total money if the order has a defect or is lost in transit by us.

Standard Delivery
We offer standard delivery on customized Products, which will be extra chargeable depending on country and location.

NOTE: If the package is returned to us after attempted delivery or because of a wrong shipping address provided by the customer when placing the order is placed. We can offer a partial refund after deducting the charges we had to bear to have the item(s) packaged and shipped.
