Return and Exchange policy


We`re happy to share about the return and exchange policy offered to our customers. With this option-

1. Exchange and Refunds are available for only defective and wrong product delivery.

2. Sale products are not eligible for returns on Exchange

3. Color can change by 2-3% due to camera effects.

4. Make videos of the opening parcel; otherwise, we will not entertain any complaint.

6. If the Product is defective or the wrong product was delivered, you can request the exchange, but you need to be informed within 24 hours. At this moment, we cannot facilitate the return of the products.

7. Our exchange policy requires that the item you`re returning be in its actual condition. Tags and packaging should remain intact, and the dress should not have been used. Once the item is received at the Warehouse, there will be a quality check post in which the exchange will be processed. You`re more than welcome to try on the Product; however, please take adequate measures to avoid any damage.

To date, our products are "NOT REFUNDABLE." Exchange and Refunds are available for only defective and wrong product delivery. After placing an order, you can customize your order but must inform us within 24 hrs of order placement.

The customer needs to send their products themselves. Once the exchange or refund request is successfully submitted, our team will review your request, and once the request is approved. The exchange will be processed only when the Product is received at our Warehouse and meets the quality parameters of the item. No refund will be issued if the received Product does not pass the quality check.
