How can I edit my personal information?

To edit your personal information, you can visit "Account" to make the changes you want. You can change your address, mobile number, Name, and other details which have been registered earlier.

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel the order, click on the Account section and select the order/item you want to cancel. Locate the "cancel" button and click on it. The order has been canceled. If you cannot cancel the order from the `My Orders` section, you can inform us through our mail at info@craftwomen.com.

Can I change my delivery address once the order has been placed?

Sorry, that is not possible now, as the system would have already passed the address to our Warehouse to pack and ship your Product. You can cancel the order, reset your address, and reorder that Product immediately. How do I place a return request?

Since no return facility is available right now, you can request a refund within 24 hours of delivery if there is a defective product. We offer an exchange on our products but need to be informed before the shipment date of the Product.

What precautions do craft women take to keep their customers safe?

Once we receive the Product (s), it will go through a quality check at our Warehouse, and we will then initiate an exchange within 24-48 business hours. Please note that we don`t refund as we only process exchanges.

Is using my credit/debit card on the Craftwomen site safe?

You can be assured that thecraftwomen.com offers you the highest security standards currently available online to ensure your shopping experience is private, safe, and secure. We work with only reliable and secure payment gateway. Your bank will authorize the credit card transaction directly without any information passing through to us. We do not retain your banking information.

Stripe Our payment Gateway solution forces HTTPS for all services using TLS (SSL), including our public website and the Dashboard to ensure secure connections: Stripe. js is served only over TLS. Stripe's official libraries connect to Stripe's servers over TLS and verify TLS certificates on each connection.

FYI-Stripe encrypts all customers' credit card numbers and stores decryption information separately, which means Stripe can't see credit card numbers without taking extra steps. Also, Stripe mandates that all online transactions occur over the more secure HTTPS network.
